Job Summary

Bank First is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Watertown. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and balancing a cash drawer daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
  • Accurately balance cash drawer daily, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet their financial goals.
  • Follow established Know Your Customer guidelines to properly identify customers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations, including those related to cash handling, customer identification, and reporting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
