Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Float Teller. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving routine problems in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Educate customers on digital banking services and identify opportunities for self-service.
  • Actively engage in lobby management, greeting customers and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Accurately process customer transactions and balance accounts.
  • Take ownership of escalated account services issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Complete branch-related operational activities, including cash ordering, vault management, and wire transfer activities.
  • Process customer/account maintenance and complete Consumer AML/BSA/KYC activities.
  • Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel between branches as needed.
  • Proven verbal communication skills and ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient with internet user-level technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual based on branch needs.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged use of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to lift light to heavy objects weighing 5lbs – 30 lbs.
  • Ability to read fine print.
  • Ability to interact with customers in an open face-to-face work environment.
