Position Summary:

As the Head of Test Engineering Operations, you will oversee a global team of test managers focused on developing advanced ATE test solutions for power applications. Your team will be responsible for delivering ATE characterization, qualification test solutions, and sample test solutions within established timelines and budgetary constraints. This leadership position will define the testing strategy for the organization, scaling and developing the team to provide world-class testing solutions. You will assess resource requirements and contribute to the overall business strategy from a testing perspective. Additionally, you will mentor and cultivate key test leaders within your team and collaborate with both internal and external partners to support operational goals.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a test leadership capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Complexity & Problem Solving: Proven ability to devise and implement strategies that enhance productivity across multiple global test teams.
  • Collaboration & Interaction: Ability to forge relationships with leadership both within and outside the organization, reporting to a senior director.
  • Knowledge & Application: Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of leading teams to achieve high performance in test development for power and mixed-signal ICs. Proficient in prioritizing and proposing optimal testing strategies that balance development efficiency and cost.
  • Leadership: Experience in developing and mentoring test managers, along with the ability to gather and present technical information effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align manufacturing strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with various testing technologies, including Strip, turret, DFT, high voltage, and high power.
Additional Information:

The anticipated annual compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $260,000, with eligibility for SIP bonus opportunities. The final offer will be influenced by geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate's skill set.
