Key Responsibilities

  • Own and contribute to circuit and system verification for the VBAT aircraft and all supporting products.
  • Identify bugs, risks, and concerns, and propose solutions and design updates.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team and approval for new designs and integrations before they are released to customers.
  • Engage with the cross-functional team, including mechanical, electrical, embedded, manufacturing, thermal, etc.
  • Manage project timeline and deliverables, and help improve processes to enable your work and improve efficiency/autonomy.
  • Conduct and attend cross-functional design reviews, and mentor teammates when possible.
  • Help develop automated test solutions for engineering and production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Contribution to a product design involving EE, ME, and SW engineering.
  • Experience with circuit testing, debugging, navigating a schematic + layout, using basic lab tools/equipment, and documenting findings in a clear way.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on cutting-edge autonomous robotic systems.
  • Proven background in thriving within fast-paced environments, particularly within startup or R&D settings.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, agility, and the ability to innovate under pressure to meet dynamic project demands and drive successful outcomes.

Compensation

Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
