Job Summary: Customer Workflow Solutions Strategist

ServiceNow is a global leader in AI-enhanced technology, serving over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500. We're seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Executive to lead our Customer Workflow products and drive market success. This role requires a deep understanding of business sales processes, with 7+ years of experience in return on investment of specialty solutions area.

About the Job:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and solution win for our specialty solution areas. You will provide input to AE during the account planning process, ensuring alignment with Now Value principles. Your expertise will help customers envision the value of digital transformation and support the development of strategy by partnering with the account team, customer, and partners.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute territory strategies to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans that align with Now Value principles* Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions* Interlock with Sales Consultants and Specialists to ensure seamless execution of capability roadmaps* Coach and mentor sales teams to build their skills and knowledge in specialty solution areas* Celebrate successes and recognize outstanding performance* Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization

What We Offer:
We offer a base pay of $130,950 - $216,050, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
