We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Oxygen, a modern consultancy that delivers innovative learning experiences and organizational strategies. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional teams to create high-quality digital assets, including online learning content, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and digital marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Maintain and manage project budgets, including forecasting and actuals, to ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Tracking: Oversee project status reports, Workback Schedules (WBS), and time tracking to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to set clear expectations with both the team and clients, continually reporting on progress and next steps related to online learning projects.
- Information Flow: Ensure a constant flow of information across all communication platforms for internal teams and external audiences involved in online learning content development.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Engagement Lead to orchestrate and manage the team to meet deadlines and deliverables, ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Team Resource Management: Orchestrate creative teams, including Instructional designers, Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Animators, focused on online learning content.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and actively problem-solve, redirecting or refocusing efforts as needed to keep projects on track.
- Client Relations: Respond to client and project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation, maintaining positive relationships even in challenging situations.
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience; ideally PMP certified
- 3+ years' experience in project management in the learning field, with exposure to multiple modalities: ILT, VILT, and/or e-learning
- A strong understanding of the creative development/production process
- Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production
- An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment
- Impeccable organizational skills and juggling
- Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively
- Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind
