We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Associate to join our team at NW Recruiting Partners. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the skills of our onsite team by delivering training aligned with company values and providing Yardi support.
As a Learning and Development Associate, you will work closely with the L&D Lead to identify the team's training needs and create appropriate materials to bridge learning gaps. Your focus will be on improving performance and platform knowledge while fostering skill growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead learning sessions for staff based on areas of opportunity in both group and individualized settings.
- Support the L&D Lead in onboarding and orienting new hires and help team members advance in their career journey.
- Create new and review existing learning content for relevance and impact, making edits to materials as needed.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and assignments, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing commercial or MFH properties.
- Proven background in recruiting/staffing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced in Yardi, CRM Flex, and CRM IQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a demonstrated ability to relate to others.
- Comfortable with competing responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic setting.
- High school diploma required (or equivalent).

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
