Associate Procurement Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Procurement Program Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating procurement projects, and driving business growth through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate supplier relationships to meet business objectives
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute procurement projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics and key performance indicators
- Participate in business planning and strategy development to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, supply chain management)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
