**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our outpatient therapy team in Lexington, KY. This position requires superior leadership qualities, knowledge in rehabilitation management and clinical operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with practice leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-years' experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical/Occupational Therapy and 1-3 years' experience in a Rehab Leadership Position. A full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in the state assigned is also required.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of clinics clinically and financially
  • Training and mentoring Clinic Directors on clinic operations, leadership expectations, and policies/procedures
  • Leadership in developing, training, and compliance with operating procedures

**Requirements**

  • Degree in physical therapy AND/OR Degree in occupational therapy
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist in the state of Kentucky
  • Ability to travel to network sites regularly

The estimated salary for this position is $**90,000 - $120,000** per year, depending on experience.
