Position Overview

Location: Front Range, CO

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 + Performance-based Bonus + Benefits

SEMA Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager with expertise in Heavy Civil and Horizontal Construction. This role is pivotal for our ongoing growth and involves overseeing diverse projects across Colorado.

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Operations, gaining exposure to a variety of complex projects while enjoying the autonomy to manage them effectively. You will be supported by a dedicated team and will receive ongoing training and development to foster your career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project administration, cost control, and client relationship management.
  • Navigate the complexities of working with government entities.

  • Utilize technology and software such as Primavera P6 and Viewpoint for project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in AEC or related field, with relevant construction experience.
  • Experience with DOT or similar government/state entities is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing heavy civil projects including drainage, bridges, and roadways.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in facing challenges.
