Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Project Leader to join our expanding and fast-paced team. This role is integral to the development of architectural designs and will involve close collaboration with Project Managers and the design team to deliver outstanding projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the architectural process, from initial concept through to construction, and will consistently apply architectural principles and techniques with a spirit of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of architectural plans and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Engage in studio activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensure as a Project Architect is required.
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience for Project Captain; 8-15+ years for Senior Project Architect.
  • Proficiency in BIM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and technical drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
