Location: Front Range, CO

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 + Performance Incentives + Benefits Package

SEMA Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Heavy Civil and Horizontal Construction. This role is essential for our ongoing growth and will involve overseeing a variety of projects across Colorado.

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Operations, gaining exposure to complex project management while enjoying the autonomy to lead their initiatives. Support will be provided by project teams and the executive leadership, ensuring a collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in AEC or a related field; relevant construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with DOT or similar government entities is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing projects related to drainage, bridges, mass earthwork, electrical systems, subsurface utilities, and other heavy civil projects.
  • Strong background in general contracting, including project administration, cost control, and client relationship management.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Viewpoint.
  • Willingness to work in Colorado and manage project sites effectively.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to manage subcontractors and vendors.
