Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a proven ability to design and implement complex cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 5+ years of software engineering experience to develop and maintain robust cloud solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build and manage infrastructure programmatically.
  • Employ your hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub to automate deployment processes.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of GCP networking services, including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Cloud VPN, and Cloud Load Balancing.
  • Showcase your knowledge of cloud service offerings in areas such as Data, Analytics, and AI/ML.
  • Exhibit experience with key GCP services like Big Query, Composer, and Vertex AI.
  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of network protocols and security compliance standards.
  • Implement scripting and automation tools for efficient network provisioning.
  • Understand cloud security policies and data protection measures.
  • Familiarize yourself with cloud computing concepts, including landing zones and blueprints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a cloud certification in GCP.
  • Have exposure to cloud governance and monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrate experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
  • Be proficient in container-based solutions and have managed large-scale Kubernetes infrastructures.
  • Showcase your scripting skills in languages such as Shell and Python.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and load balancing.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be capable of conveying technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Engage effectively with partners in a multicultural environment, demonstrating accountability.
  • Maintain a delivery-focused mindset in a dynamic enterprise setting.
