Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking professional and dedicated sales professionals to join our successful Sales team. As a Rotech sales representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Continually educate clients and market our services, respiratory equipment, and medications to new prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year college degree or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
  • Leadership experience in other areas or fields
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
