Job Summary:

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Buildings and Construction Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Elevate Structures construction business and its nationwide network of general contractors. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, including markets, audiences, customer segments, and products sold and furnished by Elevate Structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing strategies
Work closely with the management team to define business plans and execute against them
Provide feedback to leadership on unmet customer needs, underserved segments, and new product opportunities

Requirements:

5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, corporate strategy, or communications in a B2B environment
5 years of experience in construction trades, industrial markets, manufacturing, or products sold through traditional, multi-tier sales channels
3 years of experience conducting primary and secondary research to gather insights
3 years of experience leading new product launches
2 years of experience working with trade or industry associations on marketing partnerships, including education, sponsorships, and events
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, industrial engineering, finance, data analysis, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA

Work Environment:

This role will be performed in an office environment and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies. The work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive reading to perform the core functions listed in this job description. Travel up to 20% to visit customers, partners, attend industry events, and for meetings and visits to other company offices and sites.
