Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Infinity Ventures. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Sondershausen site, ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks, and leading a team of professionals in land management and water management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the site, including land management and water management operations
  • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks, including planning and implementing compensation measures
  • Organizing work processes and procedures at the site, including team management and project work
  • Networking with employees at the site and within the company to drive business growth and development
  • Further development of land management as a key task of the company, including identifying users and landowners, notarizing deeds, and maintaining the surface and groundwater monitoring network

Requirements

  • Proven experience in land management and water management, with a strong background in team leadership and project management
