  • Analyze food service results and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address areas of opportunity and ensure food service profitability.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Kitchen Manager position must have at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate must also be able to lift and carry 50 lbs, lift, bend, and stand for up to 8 hours per day, and be ServSafe Certified or able to become certified within 6 months of placement into the position.
