The Procurement Manager at Infinitek Limited is responsible for overseeing the operational procurement and materials management at a manufacturing site. This role combines strategic responsibilities with operational duties to maintain safe, continuous, and reliable manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets corporate and site requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units and cross-regional, cross-functional teams to ensure category strategies align with organizational goals and meet site-specific needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the category, including supply chain disruptions and price volatility.
  • Procurement Execution: Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchase order issuance, and supplier management, to support site operations.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and manage supplier performance, driving continuous improvement in availability and quality. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • ERP Data Management: Oversee the management of ERP master data, including lead times, reorder points, and quantities, to ensure inventory accuracy and financial objectives are met.
  • Inventory Control: Supervise physical inventory and cycle counting processes, ensuring compliance and ongoing improvement in inventory accuracy.
  • Systems Oversight: Ensure proper use of ERP and other systems, updating data as required to maintain accurate planning and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in category management.
  • At least 10 years of progressive Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
