Position Overview:

  • Delivers advisory services to clients regarding credit union offerings by evaluating client requirements.
  • Facilitates clients in initiating memberships, loan accounts, and various services, including share accounts and savings options.
  • Handles transactions for clients and acts as the primary liaison between the Credit Union and its clientele.
  • Encourages optimal client interaction by providing precise, timely, and relevant information concerning Credit Union offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivers exceptional service and adopts a consultative approach during client engagements.
  • Concentrates on enhancing the Client Experience and attaining favorable outcomes in Client Experience Surveys.
  • Regularly assists clients with Platform and Teller operations.
  • Conducts follow-up calls and addresses client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the financial sector and customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Licensing:

NMLS registration is necessary and must be upheld. Maintain certification as a Notary Public.

Technical Proficiency:

Must be adept in technology applications, including the Credit Union's operational systems.

Numerical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure.

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, climb, talk, hear, and taste.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the workplace is moderately quiet.
