Business Development Director

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in generating and prospecting new leads, targeting high-value clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on high-priced products.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify new leads, and build strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales metrics and KPIs, with a hunter mentality and discipline to achieve targets.
