About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Bon Air. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests by providing high-quality nursing care and promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the health needs of our guests, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. You will also supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for our guests.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a LPN or equivalent role. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of nursing principles, theories, and practices is also essential.
