LPN - Acuity Care

As an LPN with our High Acuity Division, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and implementing personalized care plans
- Assessing and documenting patient progress, as well as communicating with family members and caregivers
- Collaborating with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
We require our LPNs to possess a valid license to practice in the United States, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary for this position.
