Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as an LPN in a post-acute setting
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Wyoming
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
