About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of University Park. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued guests.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, supervise the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs and communicate findings to the healthcare team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in practical nursing from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred

Salary Estimate:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
