Job Summary:The Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. This includes collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, System Administrators, and the Technology team to develop detailed technical documentation and manage the company's systems procedure guide from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine technical information for products, tools, and services.
- Collaborate with technical communicators to create engaging knowledge base articles.
- Manage complex projects, content specifications, and create clear technical materials, including swim lanes.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all technical documentation.
- Work with technical teams to ensure precise, informative, and user-friendly content.
- Implement comprehensive documentation changes and feedback.
- Suggest best practices and optimizations for content generation.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of $22-25 based on experience. The position requires an 8-hour shift from 8:00am-5:00pm and is located on-site in Parma, Ohio 44130.
