About the Opportunity
Caring Transitions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Transition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our relocation services, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Estimated Annual Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new business initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in moving or storage industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and navigate tight spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
