Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Delivery Construction Services – Sustainable Infrastructure to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our As A Service (aaS) delivery model, ensuring the successful expansion and execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project development team to ensure proper project set-up and integration of all contracting components: legal, financial, technical, and work-scope related.
  • Manage the profitable execution of aaS projects, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain a public relations strategy for the project, promoting our program to have positive outcomes for the community.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective project management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements, as well as maintain high ethical standards in business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management or related field.
  • 5-10 years of construction management experience, with a deep understanding of aaS delivery models and multiple contract structures/financial structures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft software suite, Adobe products, and project management software tools, including Procore and Primavera.
  • High-level project management process competencies, including resource and revenue planning/forecasting.
  • Ability to manage conceptual design and lead matrix-managed teams.
