About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Resource Development to join our team at CTEF. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, and managing a team of development professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with CTEF's mission and goals, including identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, building relationships with major donors, and managing a team of development professionals.
  2. Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundation funders, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their giving journey.
  3. Team Management: Manage a team of development professionals to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  4. Grant Writing: Prepare and submit grant proposals to foundations and other funding sources, leveraging your expertise to secure significant funding for CTEF's programs and services.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, providing regular updates and insights on fundraising progress and trends.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
