LPN Medication Care Manager

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This role involves administering medications, documenting medication administration, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards, and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and conduct SHUs.
- Provide resident care and demonstrate the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards, and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
