Position Summary:
We are seeking a Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee our Bakery Department.

As the primary leader responsible for departmental performance, you will ensure the efficient operation of the bakery by maximizing sales and gross profits through the effective use of personnel and resources.

Your role will involve leading the department team through continuous training, guidance, and mentorship to guarantee exceptional customer service.

You will manage and coordinate the ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service
- Foster positive employee relations and manage labor costs
- Control gross profit and expenses
- Oversee inventory management and shrink control
- Promote public relations and manage stocking processes
- Ensure product freshness by rotating stock and removing outdated merchandise
- Direct team members' workload and conduct performance evaluations
- Uphold food safety and company safety standards

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
