OBJECTIVE:
  • This is an entry-level role within the Clinical Advancement Program for Registered Nurses.
  • Responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality patient care.
  • Engages in collaborative decision-making, educational initiatives, and quality enhancement activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute responsibilities in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
  • Gather and evaluate patient information, modifying care plans as necessary.
  • Work alongside healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer prescribed medications and confirm receipt of physician directives.
  • Accurately document all medical records and patient interactions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Involves direct patient interaction, including significant lifting and mobility assistance.
  • Potential exposure to infectious agents.
  • Requires frequent standing and bending.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervision of Patient Care Technicians and LPNs, adhering to specified experience criteria.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing School.
  • Possession of current state nursing license.
  • Fulfill practice requirements in all states of employment.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • At least 6 months of experience in nephrology is essential.
  • Completion of necessary training protocols.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification.
  • Fulfillment of annual educational and competency requirements.
