Clinical Logistics Nurse

Core Clinical Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Logistics Nurse to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our Clinical Operations Department, you will play a critical role in improving quality and efficiency in the care of hospitalized patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Medical Directors to develop and implement site-specific workflows that align with hospital and Core priorities.
- Partner with the Medical Director to lead process optimization and implement Core's clinical processes.
- Provide timely status updates to Core leadership on implementation, barrier resolution, and action plans.
- Engage and educate clinician teams on clinical performance initiatives, goals, and measurement.
- Oversee and facilitate clinical performance activities, including identifying cohorts of patients eligible for specific patient-centric care initiatives.
- Enhance communication throughout the care team and facilitate coordination between hospital medicine teams and hospital departments.
- Current RN licensure in good standing, in the state applicable to the position.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in the Acute Care Hospital setting, with a focus on Critical Care, In-patient Medicine, Emergency Department, Quality, and/or Case Management.
- Ability to assess patient's clinical status and readiness for discharge.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a challenging environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
- Client service oriented, with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
- MSN preferred.
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years recently in an inpatient acute care or hospital setting.
- Proficient with electronic medical systems.
- 5 or more years inpatient nursing experience and 1-2 experience in a nursing leadership role, Case Management, Quality, Transitional Care, and/or post-acute services preferred.
