Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store visits utilizing Mondelez' established visit methodology.
- Utilize an iPad Tablet to place orders for products, ensuring optimal stock levels on shelves and displays.
- Maintain the representation of Nabisco's leading brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, in accordance with Mondelēz' standards.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to negotiations made by Sales Representatives with store management, reporting any discrepancies to the Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily route plan set by the operations team to provide efficient in-store service.
- Act as a representative of Mondelēz International, collaborating closely with store employees and Sales Representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
- Drive seasonal sales initiatives, manage seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to travel to various store locations using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
- Must reside within a specified distance from the primary location.
- Availability for a full schedule, including weekends, is essential.
