Senior Property Accountant Job Description

About the Role:

Pikemann LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting in accordance with GAAP and the organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure timely and accurate payments and reporting in accordance with GAAP and the organization's policies and procedures.
* Maintain the organization's accounting system and upload bank activity, credit card activity, and accounts payable information.
* Reconcile all bank accounts, including checking, security deposits, and mortgage escrow accounts.
* Process intercompany reconciliations of expenses and payments between the organization and its affiliated entities.
* Support the Controller by providing accurate accounting information and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
