Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the loaner vehicle process in collaboration with service advisors and clients
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory and vehicle location
  • Inform service advisors of any issues regarding loaner vehicle conditions or extended loan durations
  • Promote the Subaru Love Promise to clients and staff at every opportunity
  • Greet and assist all service clients promptly, embodying our values as a welcoming ambassador
  • Engage with service customers to assess their mechanical concerns and service requirements
  • Inquire and test drive client vehicles to provide technicians with critical information
  • Document necessary maintenance and repairs accurately for technician review
  • Process extended warranty claims on behalf of clients
  • Respond to phone inquiries regarding service status and appointments, ensuring timely communication
  • Proactively address potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the USA
  • Clean driving record with insurability
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests
