Position Summary:

The Project Management Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the organization’s key accounts and sales division. Core Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in overseeing and coordinating solar EBOS (Electrical Balance of System) projects for clients.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation of projects to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Monitor project advancement, milestones, and deliverables utilizing appropriate tools and systems.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a central point of communication for key customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients alongside the Key Account Manager to comprehend their needs and preferences.
  • Engage in virtual and in-person meetings with key stakeholders to ensure meticulous handling of each project by Voltage teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including designs, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, schedules, and other relevant project materials.
  • Ensure all project information is accurate, current, and accessible to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, production, sales, and logistics to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate project specifics through internal project management systems and CRM tools.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure prompt delivery of project materials and documentation to clients.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular performance evaluations with clients, ensuring project materials meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the solar, electrical, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) components and systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
