Job Description

At NEWCO SHARPE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and control.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are completed on time.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
