As the Chief Operations Officer / Strategic Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of The Ladders. Your leadership will ensure that our operations are streamlined, our decisions are informed by data, and our team is empowered to thrive. By cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, you will assist us in achieving our strategic objectives and elevating the organization to new heights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Develop a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan emphasizing growth, cross-departmental collaboration, and the analysis of monthly/quarterly metrics to drive revenue.
  • Enhance client and employee satisfaction while sustaining a competitive edge.
  • Drive operational efficiency and refine processes, optimizing resource utilization and key performance indicators.
  • Augment marketing initiatives to expand clientele and broaden demographic outreach.
  • Establish and oversee the human resources department, focusing on employee development and retention.
  • Facilitate effective communication throughout the organization to boost efficiency.
  • Implement and manage training programs to promote skill enhancement.
  • Refine intake processes and devise strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Create opportunities for mentorship and career advancement programs.
  • Build and expand a referral network with other organizations.
  • Define departmental structures and appoint departmental leaders.
  • Engage in high-level profit and loss management, driving revenue growth and overseeing financial performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships across IT, finance, and human resources.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • 5+ years of operational experience at a senior management level.
  • 5+ years of experience in profit and loss management.
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership and development.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in the legal sector.
  • Background in community engagement.
  • Experience with small or family-owned enterprises.
Desired:
  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Background in technology innovation (AI, automation, software, etc.).
