Role Overview: The Chief Operations Executive is responsible for a diverse team across various departments, including Customer Service, Claims, Claims Support, and Business Process Improvement. Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with over 12 years of experience in overseeing operations within a comparable organization.
  • Proven ability to drive results across operational areas and contribute to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering positive relationships across various teams and with clients.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Commitment to meeting attendance and punctuality standards.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience or certification in process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of operations within an Agile framework is preferred.
