Key Responsibilities

In this Customer Service Representative III role, you will be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve issues efficiently will make a significant impact on our team's success.

Main Duties
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Process member intakes accurately, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance member experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior work experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Superb communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
  • Expected annual salary: $52,000 - $62,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
