Call Center Coordinator

Main Duties- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Process member intakes accurately, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance member experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior work experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
- Superb communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Expected annual salary: $52,000 - $62,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
