About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Representative to join our team at Wealthfront. As a Client Services Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through email and phone communication, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate support.
  • Help clients navigate our product and services, providing guidance and resources to ensure they get the most out of their Wealthfront experience.
  • Collaborate with our operations teams to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Assess client information and approve fund transfers, ensuring that clients' financial goals are met.
  • Assist clients in understanding asset allocation and explaining investment risk profiles, helping them make informed decisions about their investments.
  • Support clients in analyzing the performance of their investments and the potential impacts of their risk decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, and/or fintech.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Able to partner with multiple stakeholders, including other teams and senior executives.
  • Comfortable with being independent and learning new concepts quickly.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and a commitment to our mission at Wealthfront.
  • Series 7 and 66 preferred, but not required (must be obtained within 3 months of joining).
