Job Summary

To excel as a Sales Associate at Barnes & Noble, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant store environment, supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards, and leveraging key campaigns and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and genuine customer service, meeting the needs of our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support store visual merchandising and replenishment standards, maintaining a neat, tidy, and shoppable store environment.
  • Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize training and communication tools to educate yourself on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards.
