Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in the analytics and program management for our marketing insights and research teams. This role is essential for analyzing data, summarizing insights, and facilitating program management to enhance marketing insight development and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hypothesis Development & Prioritization:
Collaborate in the creation and individual formulation of strategic hypotheses and problem/opportunity statements to guide the research prioritization framework. Define a research strategy to assess the value at stake for problem-solving or opportunity identification. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to extract insights and identify trends. Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options. Work closely with data teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making. - Market Insights Program Support:
Partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing Insights and cross-functional teams to establish a project/program management plan aimed at delivering insights throughout the organization. This includes developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement necessary mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations to facilitate the socialization of marketing insights.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in program or project management, utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements. Proven experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicating results to senior leadership. Experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in driving process improvements. A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
