Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays with a day off during the week

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour
  • Bonus Commission: Earn additional bonuses based on leads completed and units sold
  • Sales-Oriented Bonus: Additional incentives for meeting or exceeding sales goals

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as a BDC Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and working closely with our BCC representatives to drive sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Engage with potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on appointments made
  • Track and report on lead conversion and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Assist in other BDC-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day
  • Basic computer skills

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required, with a corresponding day off during the week.
