Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Manager to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As an Associate Business Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategies for our private label products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, product promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to execute new item launches, label updates, and reformulations of products.
- Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers and retailers.
- Manage supplier/client sales and revenue, negotiate brokerage rates, and contract management.
- Facilitate and drive projects through the process, identifying potential risks and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in Account or Brand Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsers.
