We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources Department. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the onboarding process, managing pre-employment processes, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Enroll candidates in electronic onboarding systems
- Review and complete new hire paperwork
- Manage background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Prepare final employee files and ensure proper filing of documents
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the healthcare industry
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, benefit administration, and compensation
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (estimated)
