Associate - Market Growth and Strategy

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate to join our Market P&L team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to improve profitability and sustainability, executing local network strategies, and maintaining relationships with potential network partners.
You'll work closely with internal teams to drive business growth and development, while also supporting market leadership with contract negotiations and strategy development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, or a related field, with experience running financial analyses and working cross-functionally to drive improvement opportunities.
Salary Range: $88,560 - $116,235 per year. Benefits include employee benefits, unlimited vacation time, annual performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.
