Sales Incentive Strategy Manager

About the Job:
The Sales Incentive Strategy Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing sales incentive strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy, developing and executing sales incentive programs, and establishing metrics to measure program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales strategy development, commission planning, and CRM system management, as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Salary: $121,757 - $213,964 per year.
