Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at Verve Cloud. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, including new orders and MACDs, under supervision
  • Assess and address risk, communicate with clients proactively and professionally
  • Manage schedules, perform change control processes, and manage cost
  • Install and manage services and projects with a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, Technical Project Coordinators, and other staff

Requirements:

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year(s) related experience
  • Background in Tech, Networking IT, VOIP a plus, with a desire to learn ins and outs of VOIP

Preferred certifications:

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network plus
  • ICND1, ICND2 or CCNA
