Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Automotive Channel

Job Summary:

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team supporting our Automotive channel. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of software enhancements for our customers. You will work closely with the development, product, QA, IT, and other downstream systems to align schedules and tasks, improve communications, identify and remove impediments, and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the development of software enhancements for our customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish release and product development schedules and establish project plans for delivering roadmap initiatives.

  • Manage and configure tools to support the development work items and processes.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for their respective Scrum team(s) and participate in key scaled agile ceremonies, such as Scrum of Scrums, Quarterly Forecasting, and Monthly Planning with all Scrum teams.

  • Manage projects in ADO and Confluence; providing software training to team members as needed.

  • Ability to coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict.

  • Initiative – Advocating for process changes and experiments to improve team efficiency and consistency.

  • Problem Solving – Implementing best practices for predictable release planning, including workload capacity, and distribution planning.

  • Collaboration – Communicating release schedules and timelines to other departments.

  • Organization – Calculating and tracking team productivity (velocity), to help determine and manage release timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Understanding of contemporary agile methodologies, best practices, and trends required.

  • Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Experience with agile planning software tools required, familiarity with ADO & Confluence preferred.

  • Experience with Agile development processes like Scrum, Kanban, and XP preferred.

  • Familiarity with multi-team agile frameworks such as SAFe, or LeSS preferred.

  • Automotive Industry knowledge.

What We Offer:
